Arrow Electronics' latest financial report: revenue of 7.6 billion yuan, component sales growth
Arrow Electronics announced its second-quarter 2025 results, reporting revenue of $7.58 billion, a 10% increase compared to the same period last year."I'm pleased to report that our consolidated and segment revenue, as well as earnings per share, exceeded our guidance range," said Sean Kerins, Arrow's president and CEO.

Management was clearly pleased with the results, with both its main businesses, Components and Enterprise Computing Solutions, reporting growth.
In the Components business, global component sales exceeded the upper limit of the guidance range for the second quarter of 2025, increasing 5% year-over-year and 3% year-over-year on a constant currency basis. Component sales in the Americas region increased 9% year-over-year in the second quarter. Component sales in the EMEA region decreased 1% year-over-year and 6% year-over-year on a constant currency basis. Component sales in the Asia-Pacific region increased 6% year-over-year in the second quarter.
"Within our global components business, we achieved sequential growth in all three operating regions, with particularly strong momentum in Asia," said Kerins, "and our leading indicators continue to suggest that a modest cyclical recovery is underway."
Global Enterprise Computing Solutions saw leading double-digit growth. In the second quarter of 2025, global Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) sales exceeded the upper end of the guidance range, increasing 23% year-over-year and 20% year-over-year in constant currency. Global Enterprise Computing Solutions billings increased 15% year-over-year. Enterprise Computing Solutions sales in the EMEA region increased 39% year-over-year in the second quarter and 31% year-over-year in constant currency. Enterprise Computing Solutions sales in the Americas region increased 9% year-over-year in the second quarter.
“In our global Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business, we achieved year-over-year growth in billings and gross profit. Furthermore, we experienced strong growth in our IT-as-a-Service backlog and continued adoption of several of our Arrowsphere units. Our strategy of focusing on higher-growth demand trends within enterprise IT continues to gain momentum,” said Kerins.
Arrow expects third-quarter consolidated sales of $7.3 billion to $7.9 billion, consisting of global component sales of $5.3 billion to $5.7 billion and global Enterprise Computing Solutions sales of $2 billion to $2.2 billion.
